If you wish to go on to attend a Level 4 module i.e Kites + Wires, Advanced Boat Handling, Go Racing or Adventure Dinghy and have not sailed since last doing your Level 3 Improving Skills , you must do a week of practice to refresh your skills. This builds confidence going into the next level and helps you become a more competent sailor. Practice , practice, practice !
