If you wish to go on to attend a Level 3 Improving Skills 2 week course and have not sailed since last doing your Level 2 Basic Skills,  you must do a week of practice to refresh your skills.  This builds confidence going into the next level and helps you become a more competent sailor.  Practice , practice, practice !
