RYA Yachtmaster Navigation (theory) 16 classes weekly

About the Course

The RYA Yachtmaster navigation online course is advanced and covers both Northern and Southern hemispheres. You must have completed the Day Skipper shorebased or submit proof of experience of navigation at sea.

Starting on Thurs evening Nov 2nd 2023 weekly for 16 classes, Eddie English and the SailCork team will deliver the RYA Yachtmaster Shorebased Navigation course in a blended format. The syllabus will be taught through Distance Learning using Zoom using a mix of videos, presentations and interactive tutorials . We will use Google Classroom to deliver and monitor course material.  Classes will be recorded if you have to miss one.  We will have 2 of the classes face to face on one full day 09:00-17:30 on Dec 9th at RCYC Crosshaven , Co.Cork.

Evening class time 19:30-22:00.

How much time is involved in this course ? You need 5+ hours per week to read and complete exercises.

Course director Eddie English is an ISA/RYA Yachtmaster Examiner. Eddie’s reputation is recognised worldwide having sailed in Europe, the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, the USA, Australia and the Pacific. Eddie is supported by Yachtmaster Instructor and Senior Powerboat Instructor, Peter Scallan.

This is a course with great customer care. Admin and office support from Jo English and Engine room team.
